Because everything at Oppai Dragon is digital content, all sales are final. This includes priority passes, virtual gifts, and any other products. I don’t offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you’re not happy with what you got.
That said, I know special situations can come up. If you think there’s been an error or you’ve got a real exception, email me at zoe@oppaidragon.com within 7 days of your purchase. I’ll review it case by case, but please know refunds are totally at my discretion. If I do approve a refund, I’ll process it within 14 days. Refunds can take some time to show up on your credit card, and that’s not under my control.
