DMCA Policy

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

Zero Paradox GmbH (“we,” “us,” “our”), the operator of https://oppaidragon.com (the “Service”), respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the Service to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the “DMCA”). This policy explains how copyright owners can report infringement and how affected users can respond.

1. How to Report Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent listed below. To be valid under the DMCA, your notification must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If your notice covers multiple works, you may provide a representative list.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it on the Service (for example, a direct URL).
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Incomplete notifications may not be effective under the DMCA. Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

All notices should be sent to:

Copyright Agent
Zero Paradox GmbH
Oetlingerstrasse 187
4057 Basel
Switzerland
Email: zoe@oppaidragon.com

Email is the fastest way to reach us.

3. What We Do When We Receive a Valid Notice

When we receive a notification that complies with the DMCA, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice. Where the material was provided by a user, we will make reasonable efforts to notify that user and provide a copy of the notice along with information on how to submit a counter-notification.

4. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, together with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which Zero Paradox GmbH may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notification or that person’s agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. Unless the complainant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not repeat infringement has occurred.

6. Our Own Content

All original content on the Service, including characters, artwork, text, audio, software, and design, is owned by or licensed to Zero Paradox GmbH and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written permission.
